Helen Martin grew up in Western Australia, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Arts.
Shortly afterwards she gave birth to her first child and began practicing elimination communication (EC) when him when he was 10 months old. She was surprised by how much she enjoyed the practice, so with her second child she chose to EC from birth.
After receiving many questions from interested friends and family, she chose to complete certification through Go Diaper Free to become an elimination communication and potty training coach.
She currently serves the Puget Sound area with monthly support group meetings, group classes, private consults and an online support group. She is currently pursuing additional certifications through NAPS and Babywearing International.
